Free Bus Travel for Team Valley Car Drivers from Go North East!

teamvalleylinks.com is joining forces with Smarter Choices and Go North East Buses to celebrate European Mobility Week, from 16 to 22 September 2010.
In order to promote public transport during this week Go North East and teamvalleylinks.com wish to offer your employees an opportunity to leave their cars at home and enjoy free bus travel to and from Team Valley for a week.
To find out which public transport route is best ask your employees to simply tell Go North East the details of your journey and they will provide you with a personal journey plan. You can do this by:

Your staff who regularly commute to work by car are eligible to apply for a 3 zone, 7-day ticket, valued at £26.00 absolutely free of charge. There will also be a personal journey planning service offered to those unsure of the bus routes serving their area.
For your employees to benefit from this offer, they will be required to complete a short online registration form or send completed paper copies of the registration form to:

We will then issue your employees with the free travel ticket and a pack of information too, including details of this event, a free Team Valley Bus Travel Guide, a questionnaire with a pre paid return envelope and details of who to contact to ask for help to find which public transport route will be best.
After their trial week, and in order to establish how they found modern day bus travel, we ask them to complete a simple evaluation form, which we will then share with Go North East.
It is hoped participants will enjoy their stress free journeys and opt to travel by bus in the future, helping alleviate the congestion on the roads surrounding Team Valley. The free 7-day ticket will be valid for 7 days after the first time the ticket is presented to the bus driver.
