We opened our club in Gateshead in 2007. Gateshead town is within Tyne and Wear, which lies on the southern bank of the River Tyne and is only a few minutes away from Newcastle City Centre. Here at Gateshead we have recently undergone a refurbishment, with brand new equipment and a new state of the art cafe area!
Our gym caters to all levels of fitness with our new and improved Life Fitness and Technogym equipped gymnasium. Our new equipment includes cable crossovers, olympic benches, leg presses, all-new barbells and more. Alongside this are our amazing exercise studios where we have everything from Aerobics to Zumba; we have an excellent selection of classes each week.
That's not all we have to offer! We also provide facilities for those simply wanting relaxation time. In our wet area we have a Fire&Ice Steam Room, Zen Steam Room, Traditional Swedish Sauna, and a Twin Spa to relax and unwind in.
As well as these we also offer a free DVD rental service and our refurbished cafe lounge is great if you want to chill out with friends or enjoy coffee and refreshments.
